This Cookie Policy explains how MN Nutra LLC ("MN Nutra," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at www.mnnutra.com ("Website"). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
Please note: As of the Last Updated date above, the third-party analytics and advertising cookies described below (such as Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and Klaviyo) are not currently active on our Website, and we are not collecting data through them at this time. The strictly necessary technologies we currently use take the form of first-party browser storage rather than cookies: your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage, and your signed-in session is maintained by our authentication provider (Firebase) using your browser's IndexedDB. We do not currently set any non-essential cookies. We describe the other technologies here for transparency; if we activate any of them, we will update this policy and, where required, present a consent choice before they load.
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, MN Nutra) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., advertising, interactive content, and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and also when it visits certain other websites.
We use cookies and similar technologies for several reasons. Some are required for technical reasons in order for our Website to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" — they are the only such technologies we currently use, and on our Website they take the form of first-party browser storage (local storage and IndexedDB) rather than cookies. Other (non-essential) cookies would enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Website; as noted above, these analytics and advertising cookies are not currently active. If and when we activate them, third parties may serve cookies through our Website for advertising, analytics, and other purposes, and we will update this policy accordingly.

Note: Cookie names and durations may change as third-party providers update their technologies. As of the "Last Updated" date above, only the strictly-necessary cookies listed are actually set; the analytics, advertising, and marketing cookies are not currently active and would be set only if and when we activate the corresponding third-party tools (see the note at the top of this policy).
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies. The analytics and advertising tools referenced below are not currently active on our Website; these controls are provided so you can exercise your choices if and when they are activated. You can exercise your cookie rights through the following methods:
Browser Controls: You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, you may still use our Website though your access to some functionality and areas of our Website may be restricted. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information.
Google Analytics Opt-Out: To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Meta (Facebook) Opt-Out: You can control the ads you see on Facebook and other Meta platforms through your Facebook Ad Preferences. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from Facebook by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out portal.
Targeted Advertising Opt-Out: You can opt out of targeted advertising more broadly by visiting:
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
In addition to cookies, we may use similar tracking technologies such as web beacons (also known as tracking pixels or clear GIFs) and local storage. Web beacons are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier and are used to track online movements of web users. Unlike cookies, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. If and when we activate email marketing via Klaviyo, we may use web beacons in our marketing emails to track whether emails are opened and which links are clicked; as noted above, Klaviyo is not currently active.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please therefore re-visit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
