By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from MN Nutra LLC ("MN Nutra," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms"). These SMS Terms apply to your participation in our mobile messaging program (the "Program").
As of the Last Updated date above, the Program is not currently active. We do not currently send marketing or promotional text messages, and there is no way to opt in to the Program through our website at this time. We publish these SMS Terms for transparency; they will govern the Program if and when we activate it. If we do, we will update this policy's effective date and present a separate, express opt-in (which is never a condition of any purchase) before enrolling you.
When you opt-in to the Program, we will send you SMS/text messages regarding your orders, account updates, promotional offers, marketing messages, and other information related to MN Nutra products and services. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from MN Nutra, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes; this information is used solely to operate the Program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency will vary. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
