a. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

To submit a request, please contact us at support@mnnutra.com or call +1 (888) 218-8866. We will verify your identity before processing your request.

b. California "Shine the Light" Law (Civil Code § 1798.83)

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide personal information to a business in connection with obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain, once per calendar year, information about the categories of personal information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of those third parties. As described in this Privacy Policy, certain data may be transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and optimization purposes, which may constitute disclosure for direct marketing purposes under this law. To submit a Shine the Light request, please email us at support@mnnutra.com with the subject line "Shine the Light Request."

c. Do Not Track (DNT) Signal Disclosure

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to interpret DNT signals, our website does not currently respond to or alter its practices when it receives a DNT browser signal. However, as described above, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes under the CCPA/CPRA.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically:

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
